The Therapy Process

The scheduling and monitoring of therapy services can be a complicated, time consuming and expensive process. NSG streamlines this by assuming these tasks for our clients. NSG's therapy management services allow the Adjusters and Nurse Case Managers to dedicate their time to other important areas of a claim, focusing on early intervention, indemnity, legal, and return-to-work issues.

Please review the charts outlining the therapy process with and without the help of Network Synergy. NSG will handle everything in the shaded area. In a fee-for-service environment, the employer and carrier are paying for these steps. With NSG's programs, these costs are included in our fixed price.
