Some of NSG's largest clients consist of insurance carriers, school boards, airlines, retail grocery chains, package delivery companies, PEOs, waste haulers, and utility companies. Each of Network Synergy's clients is assigned a dedicated Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for continual client education regarding NSG's policies and procedures, dispute resolution, routine provision of client specific outcomes, and coordination of client CEU presentations.

Client specific outcomes are provided to all clients on a quarterly basis, or more frequently if requested by the client. The customized reports identify referred patients and the corresponding body part, diagnosis, number of visits, and length of stay. Also included in the quarterly outcomes are the average costs of therapy, top five referred body parts, and discharge types. If you have a special tracking request, NSG's proprietary software is able to generate an outcome report based on your individual needs.

Network Synergy also offers CEU presentations, which are certified for 1 hour of CEU credit for Nurse Case Managers, Adjusters, and Certified Case Managers.
