Provider Excellence Awards
Every October, in conjunction with National Physical Therapy month, Network Synergy Group recognizes its top performing network therapy providers. NSG has been awarding our Provider Excellence Awards for the past 14 years and enjoys continuing this tradition of spotlighting our therapy partners who demonstrate consistent excellence in treating NSG’s patients.
Jackie Rose, NSG’s Manager of Provider Relations, said “NSG appreciates all that our providers do! When our providers are successful, our clients are successful, and so is NSG!”
NSG’s Provider Excellence Awards are determined from several performance and treatment metrics including patient satisfaction, performance outcomes, and compliance with NSG’s policies & procedures. Every patient that receives therapy through the NSG network is sent a satisfaction survey at the conclusion of their care, and providers are evaluated based on the feedback and level of satisfaction of their patients. NSG also identifies those therapy clinics who are able to achieve a high level of patient functionality while closely managing their visit frequency.
Chris D’Hespeel, physical therapist at US Healthworks in Sarasota, FL, is very excited to be a recipient of this year’s award and said “NSG provides us with great tools such as the monthly provider education bulletin so that we can be successful in their program.” Each recipient of this year’s awards received a gift basket in show of NSG’s appreciation for the great job that they have done over the past year.
