Network Development Executive
 
We are currently seeking a Network Development Executive. This role is responsible for the recruitment of outpatient physical and occupational therapy providers into Network Synergy Group’s workers’ compensation specialty networks.  Preferably, candidates will be located in the West Central Region (CO, NE, KS, UT, NM, MT, OK, WY, ND, SD) with the ability to work from home.
 
Essential Functions:
  1. Conducts research to identify potential providers by geographic and specialty needs
  2. Makes initial contact with prospective providers in target geographic markets and/or schedules provider presentation meetings
  3. Promotes NSG Networks through clear communication of the treatment philosophy and reimbursement methodology
  4. Clearly presents NSG’s therapy management program expectations to potential providers and answers questions regarding both the Condition Rate and Visit Rate Programs
  5. When required, meets face-to-face with providers identified for recruitment into the NSG network (Majority of recruitment is handled telephonically)
  6. Performs cost effective contract negotiations to maximize NSG profitability
  7. Ensures NSG provider networks offer adequate coverage that is appropriately diversified in all assigned states
  8. Identifies trends and fills coverage gaps in existing NSG networks; reports monthly on results
  9. Regularly tracks progress in developing new prospects, obtaining contracts, and removing prospects from future consideration
  10. Adheres to departmental communication and reporting expectations
 
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma, Bachelors degree preferred
  2. 2+ years of network development experience
  3. Success within the workers’ compensation realm and keen insight into understanding this market, is preferred
  4. Effective and persuasive communication and presentation skills
  5. Self motivator with good attention to detail
  6. 3+ years of customer service experience
  7. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, & Outlook
  8. Flexibility to travel, if required to secure provider’s participation in the network
