Our History
NSG was established in 1997 in Tampa, Florida with the premise of delivering something profoundly new to the healthcare management marketplace. NSG's goal was to create a physical and occupational therapy management program that paid healthcare providers based on their performance so that patients could recover and return to work faster and healthier.
We began our business operations by contracting with a few hundred independent physical therapists and providing our services to some prominent Florida-based companies. The team of associates was small but dedicated to creating something that would change the system for the better. With a keen focus on operations and technology, NSG was able to create a model that was scalable and successful.
Today, NSG continues to grow and provide physical and occupational therapy management services to large self-insured employers and group funds; state and local municipalities; third-party administrators; and insurance companies.
